Week 35 Doorstep Delivery:

This delivery consists of food and recipes that favor rounding out the postpartum pantry + freezer.

Eight to Twelve pantry items, many of which are straight from the farm geared towards new postpartum recipes perfect for the early days after baby. Fresh recipes cards for favorites  like Ginger Carrot Soup, Bison Hand Pies, Mixed Berry Jam, Beet Fritters and more will be included (plus continued access to dozens more in the Postpartum Kitchen Database).

Week 1 Doorstep Delivery:

At your door this week, we freshen up the fridge with local produce, fresh goods leaving space for resting, bonding & healing.  In this precious time, the hard work of the previous weeks will be paid off.  There is less time for cooking and we are relying on the stocked freezer.  The six to eight items delivered are to wake up the fridge centering around a lot of fresh fats to layer on top of your freezer items. Fresh avocado, organic coconut milk (the good stuff in cans), some veggies + fruits and our most favorite part, Pepita Mylk from Salty Rose with some easy to pull of recipes.

Week 2 Doorstep Delivery:

Similar to the previous week, this delivery continues to replenish some fresh goods with a few new items mixed in. The six to eight items brings a rare sighting of bananas (a complicated food in postpartum), local mushrooms for a vitamin D hit, nutrient rich local eggs and some pantry staples you may be running low on.

Week 4 Doorstep Delivery:

As digestion becomes stronger and healing continues, this delivery reflects this and builds on the new stages of healing. We continue to help restock your kitchen with a few key items and more food that reflects the season. At this point in postpartum, it's useful to do a full pantry inventory again to stay ahead of running low on some key items.  The delivery is about six to eight items and includes some nuts and seeds, nut butter, replenishes some veggies and fats.

Week 6 Doorstep Delivery:

Our final delivery includes more complex foods like sourdough and ferments while also bringing in fresh produce, new teas and goodies.  This is our last doorstep delivery but please know we are always accessible with any questions or concerns you might have. The first year of parenting is a wild ride (ok all of parenting is) but building off this foundation makes for some clearer navigating.
