Is this a doula service?

Not exactly. Alicia is a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula (and even a Birth Assistant). Meg is a Certified Holistic Nutrtionist. Together the believe the Fourth Trimester is better served with this blend of holistc, robust care.

Is this for first time parents only?

Nope! We love 'repeat' parents as much as first timers! Most often, it's the second and third time parents that really get why this is vitally needed!

How do I even know what I will need?

Very true. This part is hard. It's a magic combonation of anticipating the future and making an educated guess. The good news is- it's all pretty flexible. You might think you know what your needs are now but just like everyhing- that can change.

Who is this for?

This if for all Birth-givers. FIrst time, repeat, adoptive, surrogate, & foster. Single, Married, Its Complicated Stay at home. Work from home. Work out of the home. Some with an extensive support system & some with minimal support. Unsure Parents, Confidant Parents Fellow Perinatal Professionals

What areas do you serve? Are you virtual?

Right now during the COVID-19 pandemic, we are limited with what we can offer in person. However, we have created a virtul offering that is full of connection, guidance and support that will fill in the gaps during this uncertain time. In person services are focussed primarily on the Seacoast area. This includes but is not limited to: Newmarket, Exeter, Hampton, Portsmouth, Kittery, Eliot, Berwick, North Berwick, York, Wells, Biddeford, Saco up the coast to Portland. Just ask!

Can I give this as a gift?

Yes! You can buy a gift card for our services! This is a great option for folks that know receiving another onesie or diaper cake isn't really filling the needs of the new parent. Just ask!
